The market's standard operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. b. Please note that the operation hours are subject to change as we adjust to the Houston Farmers Market foot traffic and our scheduled calendar of events. c. Vendors will be notified in advance of any temporary adjustments to operating hours to accommodate special events or market needs. 2. **Load-In Instructions:** a. Vendors may commence the load-in process on the morning of the first day of their market participation. b. Load-in time begins at 8:00 AM and extends until 9:30 AM. c. Vendors are required to complete the load-in process within this allotted time frame. d. Vehicles used for load-in must be promptly moved to designated parking areas after unloading to maintain smooth operations. 3. **Load-Out Instructions:** a. Load-out is scheduled for the last day of the market, following the close of business at 6:00 PM. b. Vendors are expected to start the load-out process promptly at 6:00 PM. c. All vendor possessions, equipment, and debris must be removed from the market premises by 8:00 PM on the last day. d. Failure to adhere to the load-out schedule may result in additional fees or penalties. 4. **Termination and Cancellation Policy:** a. Long Term Vendors may cancel their market space rental agreement by providing sufficient written notice to the market management. b. Early termination of the agreement may require payment of a penalty or forfeit of a portion of prepaid rent. c. Short term or single day vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. d. Spaces will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be offered to the next vendor on the waitlist until all spaces are filled.
