PLEASE READ PRIOR TO APPLYING

Cancellation policy:

NO REFUNDS

Reschedules require minimum 72 hours notice.

NO SHOWS forfeit fee and rescheduling opportunity.

 

NEW VENDORS:

All new vendors must complete an application and must be approved to participate in Shop Local Markets.

(If you are unsure if this applies to you please email booking@shoplocalmarket.com for clarification)

 

RETURNING VENDORS:

Returning vendors can complete the applications to apply or send us a request via email. If a spot is available in your category a confirmation email will be sent along with an invoice for payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Most common categories such as jewely, soap, desserts may have a waitlist to attend.

Shop Local MARKET will continue to follow and enforce the safety recommendations by the state, city and / or local officials.

Our team will continue to wear mask as well.

Sanitize Those Hands.

We will have hand sanitizer in every booth for use.

Contactless checkout are highly encouraged and will be available.

No Loose Samples at This Time.

Please do not ask for food samples that are not pre-packaged or a one-time use.

Social Distance

Limit booth capacity.

Give everyone space to shop comfortably.

 

Vendor Booths will be spaced out for plenty of social distancing.

 

 

What are the PROTOCOLS DUE TO COVID PANDEMIC

           

In accordance with the State of Texas, City of Houston and Harris County health and government guidelines, all visitors to the markets are required to wear face masks and to engage in safe social distance practices. Any individual who is sick or is not feeling well is requested to not enter the market space.

​OUR TERMS AND DISCLOSURES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - WE'RE KINDA STICKLERS!!  

  • Fee must be paid by due date or you will forfeit your space. We will go to our wait list.

  • Event promotion is required. (We monitor and re-post, not promoting will effect future bookings)

  • Booth sharing is not allowed.

  • NO DRUGS OR OFFENSIVE PRODUCTS 

  • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED.

  • BE ON TIME & PREPARED - Communicate any issues immediately.

  • You must stay for the entire event (packing up and leaving early will effect future bookings) Communicate any issues immediately

  • NO REFUNDS

  • RESCHEDULES MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 72 HOURS NOTICE (less forfeits your space & fee) 

  • No reschedules for No-Shows (Non-payments & No-Shows will effect future bookings)

  • You are responsible for reporting all your own SALES TAX.

  • A copy of your Sales Tax Certificate should be available if needed.

 

In order to continue to provide and produce successful and organized events, we must be firm with our policies. We ask that any issues or concerns be communicated immediately so that we can plan accordingly.

 

Most importantly we also ask that you be courteous to each other, respectful to our venues and have patience, we work extremely hard to put on great shows!
